Production Manager

Be responsible for-(including but not limited to)
Develop and maintain an engaged and competent workforce by short and long term manpower planning and training program
Develop and formulate manufacturing strategies to fulfill customer’s requirement and delivery schedule
Monitor pre-production preparation and implementation of bulk production by sophisticated production planning control program
Improve the defect rate to ensure deliver high quality of product and save wastage of resource
Drive continuous improvement for manufacturing efficiency and on-time delivery by controlling costing through optimum use of manpower, material, machine and equipment
Ensure high customer satisfaction and take up trouble shooting to resolve problem or challenge from customer
Lead the production team for the day-to-day operation and work in a safe and secure environment

Can speak fluent Vietnamese and Mandarin.
Passionate for fashion industry
Team spirit and result driven.
Over 10 years experience in Apparel industry and have production management experience.
Strong communication skills and problem solutions skills.
