Production Manager (Based In Hai Duong Factory)

SUMMARY
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Pico Play is an industry leader in design, planning and construction of attraction projects including theme parks, water parks and nature parks. Pico Play is setting up a new fabrication facility in Hai Duong area to support many Vietnamese and international projects.
• Oversee the ordering and delivery of materials and equipment as required
• Carry out production in accordance with the project schedule
• Ensure workplace health and safety guidelines are complied with at all times
• Ensure production complies with the project quality control procedures
• Oversee the packing, crating and logistic of the fabricated works
• Recruitment and retention of all factory staff including skilled tradesmen, general workers, artists and supervisors
• Responsible for managing all resources for successful completion of the fabrication works
• Supervise incoming materials and coordinate materials inventory in cooperation with the purchasing and logistics staff.
• Supervise and coordinate all factory production activities for several projects concurrently

• Mature, good interpersonal skill and management leadership is essential
• Able to communicate clearly and confidently in English and Vietnamese language
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Able to work within tight deadlines.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification
