Production Manager

Manage the adherence to described procedures to ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals
Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations
Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization
Review the performance of subordinates
Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives
Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedule as needed
Supervise production, maintenance and HSE by leading a technical resource team
Coach and develop resources to meet business’s objectives
Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs

Understand company’s products and competitors is an advantage
Good level of communication, ability to influence and convince
At least 5-year experience in similar position
Good command of spoken and written English
Computer literate and presentation skills
10 years working experience in production of relevant industry
Able to work under pressure, high commitment
Good problem solving
Bachelor Degree or Higher in Science, Engineering or Institute of Operations Management
