Production Manager

- Provide direction, support, and coaching to production leads
- Develop and implement staffing plans, through capacity and labor planning activities, including writing justifications for additional personnel and obtaining approval maximize their strengths
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs, allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to product optimal results
- Evaluate production schedules and labor requirements to provide work direction, effectively balance labor resources and provide feedback on planning.
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Hands-on supervision of daily department operations including: workflow scheduling; management of staff; monitoring production and quality; managing production processes; and all other activities required to ensure a quality product and on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain production metrics for quality, production efficiency, delivery, and safety.
- Team up with other departments to coordinate activities and resolve production issues on a timely basis

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
- 8 year of experiences in Production Management and 5 year of experiences in the same position
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles
- Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
- Strong team building, decision-making, communication and people management skills
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
