Production Strategy and Planning:
Develop comprehensive production strategies aligned with company goals.
Organize and lead the production team to ensure efficient and timely execution of the plan.
Allocate resources optimally to meet production targets.
Set clear production objectives and establish detailed plans for achieving them.
Communication and Collaboration:
Effectively manage information flow within the team and across departments.
Coordinate with other functions (e.g., quality, safety, human resources) to address issues and find solutions.
Cascade production targets and escalate issues to ensure alignment with short- and long- term objectives.
Team Management and Development:
Provide timely feedback and coaching to develop team potential and promote a positive culture.
Build and execute workforce development programs to ensure skill development and flexibility within the team.
Ensure succession plans and development for direct reports (if applicable).
Motivate, guide, and coach team members to achieve objectives in line with company values.
Safety and Quality:
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to regulations and promoting safe work practices.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and strive for continuous improvement.
Performance and Reporting:
Advise the Board of Directors on production trends, market developments, and resource utilization within the plant.
Report production results and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
Monitor production results and implement adjustments to achieve long- term goals.
