Production Planer

Job Summary:
The Production Planner is responsible for planning and managing production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize the company’s productive capacity.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Closing orders q’ty between laundry subcon and Sewing.
- Completes status reports, such as production progress, customer information and materials inventory.
- Deploy the plan to all departments to make sure the plan is running as well.
- Coordinate/expedite manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are achieved.
- Release manufacturing work orders to the warehouse for kit picking.
- Get the Orders/ PO from Planning Head Office/ Merchandiser.
- Analyzes sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
- Other requirement by Manager.
- Collect the new samples send to IE analysis SMV.
- Make production Plan for Internal size relaxing Fabrics– Cutting – Sewing –Finishing Plan.
- Utilize ERP system to auto‐generate manufacturing work orders sending and receive garments wash.
- Cooperating with laundry factory make the plan sending wash / return wash to make sure the finishing enough the feeding and to catch shipment date.
- Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow of material to meet production schedule.

Qualifications:

Production and Processing – Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Minimum of 3 years production planning experience in a related industry
In‐depth knowledge of ERP software preferred.
Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.
Proficient use of computer systems and software applications.
Excellent communication skills.
Good communications skills
Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
