Production Planner

* ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Production planner will involve creating production plans, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer demands.
- Production planner will coordinate and optimize the production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations.
* KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Receiving orders from Merchandising team.
- Checking with Material planning team to ensure the material arrival and forecast.
- Analyzing production specifications and capacity to create feasible production schedules.
- Suggesting Merchandising team about White- body and stock availability.
- Putting material usage on Forecast file after receiving orders from the customers.
* Working hours: Mon- Fri, 7:15- 16:00, Sat work half day

- Understanding Furniture production processes and products.
- 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling or a related role on furniture production environment.
- Proficiency in using production planning software or ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering.
Familiarity with supply chain concepts, including inventory management, demand forecasting, lead times,…
Proficiency in using production planning tools or scheduling software. This includes understanding how to input data, interpret outputs and generate reports.
- Excellent organizational and time- management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Patient and self- resilient.
Able to work well under pressure and tight timeline.
- Carefully, enthusiasm, high responsibility at work, proactive and supportive.
- Proficiency in MS Office or ERP System.
- Can communicate and understand English.

* Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Managements, or related field
* Experience
- Experience in implementing and optimizing ERP systems
- Manufacturing working environment preferred.
- Experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, and supply chain management
- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
* Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes Understanding work efficiency
