Production Planner

Cooperating with laundry factory make the plan sending wash / return wash to make sure the finishing enough the feeding and to catch shipment date.
Utilize ERP system to auto‐generate manufacturing work orders sending and receive garments wash.
Make production Plan for Internal size relaxing Fabrics– Cutting – Sewing –Finishing Plan.
Get the Orders/ PO from Planning Head Office/ Merchandiser.
Completes status reports, such as production progress, customer information and materials inventory.
Coordinate/expedite manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are achieved.
Collect the new samples send to IE analysis SMV.
Closing orders q’ty between laundry subcon and Sewing.
Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow of material to meet production schedule.
Deploy the plan to all departments to make sure the plan is running as well.
Analyzes sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
Release manufacturing work orders to the warehouse for kit picking.

Other requirement by Manager.

Excellent communication skills.
Proficient use of computer systems and software applications.
Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.
Production and Processing – Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
In‐depth knowledge of ERP software preferred.
Minimum of 3 years production planning experience in a related industry

Good communications skills
