Production Planner

* ROLE OVERVIEW:
• Production planner will involve creating production plans, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer demands.
• Production planner will coordinate and optimize the production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations.
* KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Analyzing production specifications and capacity to create feasible production schedules.
- Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Suggesting Merchandising team about White- body and stock availability.
- Receiving orders from Merchandising team.
- Putting material usage on Forecast file after receiving orders from the customers.
- Checking with Material planning team to ensure the material arrival and forecast.

- Excellent organizational and time- management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Understanding Furniture production processes and products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in using production planning tools or scheduling software. This includes understanding how to input data, interpret outputs and generate reports.
- Can communicate and understand English.
- Proficiency in MS Office or ERP System.
- Carefully, enthusiasm, high responsibility at work, proactive and supportive.
- Proficiency in using production planning software or ERP systems.
- Able to work well under pressure and tight timeline.
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts, including inventory management, demand forecasting, lead times,…
- 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling or a related role on furniture production environment.
- Patient and self- resilient.
