Production Planner

To manage production material planning & control
Follow up production schedule
Ensure that finished products achieve the customer of sales forecast about quantity
Responsible for proper recording and control of the plant at all times
To manage the inventory of finished goods & raw material in hand
To issue purchase orders for local raw materials for production use
Ensure that all raw materials received are as per specifications
To prepare report for staff meeting on production planning requirements and efficiency.
To liaison with Purchasing,Sales,Technical,QA dept on in-coming QC inspections
To fulfill all work instruction as directed by management and coordinate all production schedulling with the various departments concerned.
To carry out production schedule and achieve planned targets.
Assist in regular stock-taking and in-process materials.
To direct capacity planning & control & recommend overtime requirements
Scheduling and supervising all phases of production (daily, weekly and monthly) from material to finished product
To study, develop new methods, equipment and system and recommend changes to cut costs.
To determine raw material requirements for production & purchasing

Education Qualifications:

Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in related discipline
Proficient with Microsoft Office package such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge and Experience:

Must be fluent in spoken & written English
Minimum 2-3 years in a manufacturing /Production Planning & Control environment or in a relevant field.
