Production Planner

WHAT WILL YOU INVOLVE

Prepare and keep records like work orders, product details, and schedules.
Work with sales, engineering, and quality teams to make sure products meet quality standards and deadlines.
Make and update production schedules to keep work running smoothly and on time.
Check production progress, adjust plans if needed
Work with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure raw materials are ready.
Plan and set priorities to get the best results with the least delays.
Spot possible problems early and find solutions to keep production on track.

WHAT WE NEED YOU HAVE

Understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in production planning and scheduling or merchandising in Garment Industry.
Excellent organizational and problem- solving skills.
