Production Planner Staff

• Provide clear and concise project information on all levels throughout the business and to customers as required
• Ensure that any changes are actioned, including any necessary updates to released production orders
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Create and implement production plan for all areas of production on a daily and/or weekly basis for multiple projects assigning workers and other staff to particular production operations
• To confirm completion of production orders, review routings, updating times and final costs where necessary
• Obtain output information, number of finished products and percentage of defectives
• Action manufacturing resource planning with relevant routing and picking list, according to Odoo requirements
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports
• To assist and support the Production Manager as required
• Action “Release to Production” documentation received from the engineering department by creating and amending routings as applicable
• Ensure that all process and disciplines are successfully carried out within the warehouse management environment
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption

• Experience of manufacturing resource planning
• 2 years of industry experience preferred
• Confident IT user
• Excellent organizational skills
• Results driven with a focus on quality

• Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
• Effective communicator at all levels
• Leadership
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Collaborative and persistent team member
• Understands ISO 9001 standards
