Main responsibilities
Manage purchase orders with our suppliers to meet the target on- time delivery.

○ Manage on- time launch of new items
○ Collaborate with the head office in the UK on order placing and confirmation on time

○ Ensure the data updated on the system is accurate & up to date
Manage capacity booking and planning, anticipate potential production bottle- necks
○ Anticipate all (potential) risks & work on solutions
○ Tracking the actual production & alerting the risk for immediate actions
○ Update the available capacity twice per month for PO placement
Location: WFH, able to travel to the factories if required by the manager
Working hours: Mon to Fri (40 hours/week)

We are looking for
● At least 03 years of experience working in production planning for toys/garment/footwear
industry.
● Willing to travel occasionally
● Highly attentive to detail, function, and quality
● Ability to work flexibly and independently
● Good Excel and analytical skills
● Fluent in English and Vietnamese. Communicative Mandarin is a plus
