Production Planning Coordinator

Responsibilities for Ensuring a Smooth Flour Milling, Blending, Packing, Storage, and Delivery Process:

Create packing plans and manage the packing process orders to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Ensure all involved transactions are fully completed in accordance with SAP requirements.
Prepare and submit reports as job requirement.
Ensure that the Blending & Packing team accurately processes the correct products and quantities by creating and managing Blending & Packing Orders.
Ensure the timely execution of delivery schedules by confirming the Daily Delivery Schedule with the Logistics, Sales, Delivery, and Warehouse teams.
Consolidate and analyze data, including sales orders.

Monitor production progress to make appropriate adjustments and ensure production progress is controlled:

Oversee packaging inventory to ensure sufficient stock is available for uninterrupted production.
Continuously monitor the progress of blending and packing operations, making timely adjustments and updates as needed to ensure smooth execution.
Track flour inventory levels and adjust the production plan in alignment with the sales forecast to meet demand efficiently.

Three (03) years of working experience in the same position and same responsibilities
University degree or above; Major in Technical field
Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
Good knowledge of analysis and planning
Good computer literacy (Ms Office)
