PRODUCTION PLANNING OFFICER

v Receive delivery request from Sales department and make master plan.
This position will be provided shuttle bus from Vung Tau/ Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40- 50 minutes transportation to our Factory)
v Handle issues related to production plan and stakeholders if there is an impact on the completion of the plan.
v Check the status of human resources, machine, and materials to ensure the completion of plan.
v Work directly with the production department to grasp the actual production situation, handle bottlenecks if happen.
v Daily check output status and update.

Monitor capacity plans and propose options to optimize capacity, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
Ensure requirements are set out in internal supply chain control: slow moving, aging...
Participate in company certification related activities.
Participating in building management systems (Plant One/MES).
Monitoring, improve and ensure the requirements in the KPI meet the target.
Monitoring WIP and have an action plan when WIP imbalances occur

At least 02- 03 years working experience in production planning fields in an industrial environment.
Awareness of ISO/TS 16949, GMP, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 5S certified internal auditor is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
Knowledge in automotive industry – Production / Quality / IE/BOM/OEE/ Capacity Analysis
Proficient English.
