Production Planning & Procurement

A. Build the production’s plan, development’s plan and shipment’s plan

1. Responsible for plan job flow in production by priority & timeline.


2. Take advise from Head of Graphic & Digital Printing to have suitable machine which facilitate for graphic team to matching color and ensure the actual shipment date closet with the requirement of our customer.


3. Plan the proper shipment date as production situation, customer requiement but also optimize the shipment ( to reduce to cost).


4. Inform warehouse and shipment deparment about the shipment day for preparation process. (book truck, make PKL...)

B. Ensure the production stick to the plan.

1. Daily track implementation of the production plan & update on plan.

2. If there any problem, follow up and cooperation with the production team/ colorist/ graphic team to have the appropriate settlement method and adjust the plan to suitable with the actual status. Re-Cooperate with the sales & merchandise team for the solution if the problem affect shipment day

C. Calculate the material & order material on time.

1. Weekly checking the material stock with warehouse.

2. Base on the job on hand ( waiting for production) of the 2 folowing week, calculate the material needed for production to ensure al the production can run smoothy.

3. Base on the production’s forecast of next month ( received from sales team) to estimate the needed material to place order on time.

D. Sourcing, development for a better supplier.

Countinuos looking for the new supplier who can ensure the quality with the better price to reduce the cost.

E. Costing.

1. Base on order forecast, price request from Sales team and the specialization of order to calculate the cost.

2. Cost analyze report for each order base on management request.

F. Other job task from Management.

At least 2 years experience in related field.
