Range of Responsibilities and authorities
Planning
• Supervise the operations in Planning team. The following functions and activities for all production lines such as: TRD, MMD, Systems, PMC, Metal, Overmolding, Co- extrusion, and Sub- assembly:
- Production Capacity Planning
- Production Planning
- Maintaining Safety Stocks
- Handling of Customer Orders Delivery Performance
- Handling of Sales Orders Delivery Confirmation
- Customer VMI monitoring
- Handling of Customer Forecast
• To generate necessary reports under area of responsibility.
• To formulate and implement effective and efficient systems and procedures in his/her section.
• Manages and prepare master schedule plan as planner’s guide in creation weekly production schedule.
• Assign staff to work areas, supervise progress and maintain stable operations.
• To handle other tasks as assigned by higher level superior after necessary training is done.
Customer Management
• To effectively conduct customer order review with related departments, to serve customer orders on time.
• To coordinate with related departments (such as Production, Purchasing, QA, Project, Customer Service…) to ensure compliance to customer requirements.
Team Management
• To lead, supervise, coach, and motivate her/his team members to efficiently deliver desired results.
• To collaborate and eager to cooperate with all internal customers to ensure that needed items are ready for the success of the project.
• To develop his/her team member’s skills, evaluate their performance and manage their growth.
Others
Attending concerned training courses of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS- ISO 14001, OH&SMS- ISO45001 where required.
Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every area. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations.
