Production Process Coach – Body Shop FORD Vietnam Limited

• Meet FTT, inventory, cost, scrap, supply, and tooling expense targets
• Through Process Confirmation, verify that the line is running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts
• Create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities /tasks.
• Build Team Leader and Team Member capability
• Coach Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work
• Basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents
• Communication and Recognition
• Monitor ANDON occurrences. Be the first responder as secondary support
• Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives
• Support Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) and coach problem resolution to the lowest level
• Any other tasks are assigned by direct Team Manager or Head of Department.

* Requirements:
• Good English level.
• Others preferred: Body shop/stamping subassembly experience
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
• Prior experience managing work forces.
• Good Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook…).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, constraint management principles.
preferred.
* Qualifications:
• Ability to work:
- any shift as well as rotating shifts and weekends;
- with multi- task
- independently with limited supervision,
• Capable of assigning work to unionized hourly workforce and holding
assignments in terms safety, quality, and throughput
employees accountable for following processes pertaining to daily work
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, problem- solving and
conflict management skills.
