Production Senior Supervisor (Pistachio)

Coordinate with the planning/ warehouse department to ensure timely production, the right quantity committed.
Ensure daily operations are in comply with SHE, BRC, GMP, and relevant standards.
Make sure the production equipment is always in good condition.
Ensure a safe working environment, in accordance with SHE and Food Hygiene and Safety requirements.
Coordinate with relevant departments (ME, QA, ...) to handle arising problems
Controll Manufacturing activity base on available resources to meet customer expectations
Lead the production team and manage innovative initiatives to improve production efficiency.
Coordinate with relevant departments, and train employees to ensure that all activities comply with the requirements of Safety, Health, Environment, Food Hygiene, and good manufacturing practices of the Company
Monitor, control, and efficiently use resources (machinery and equipment). Timely inform the Manager about problems occurring in Production.
Other tasks if required.
Performing HR- related tasks (evaluating, training, coaching, recording hours, etc.)
Authority:
Independent in implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations.
To be entitled to request and recommend superior to innovation, and improvements in work.
To be entitled to request production stop produce and hold finished product when detecting serious incidents in quality until the problem is resolved.

Education: Graduated from University majoring in Engineering, Chemistry, Food
Experience: 03 years of experience in food manufacturing- At least 1 years of experience in the same position
- Communication skills,
- Team management skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, BRC
- Understanding knowledge related to Manufacturing plants
- Stress management
- Good analytical
- Understand safety procedures and regulations in the factory
- Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety, production process
- Planning and conducting process audits.
