Production Shift Supervisor

* Production Planning & Execution- Review the Production Pan and check the status of Raw materials and Headcount- Optimize and balance production lines to ensure a smoooth workflow and maximize productivity.Assign tasks and workstations to team leaders and operators effectively based on the daily schedule.* Quality Control & Troubleshooting- Monitor production quality and identify defective products (NG).- Investigate root causes of defects (using tools like 5- Whys or Fishbone diagrams).- Propose and implement short- term corrective actions and long- term preventive measures to improve yield rates* Resource & Manpower Management- Manage and approve overtime (OT) schedules based on material availability and urgent delivery requirements.- Monitor labor discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies- Maintain 5S standards and ensure high levels of Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) on the shop floor.* Reporting & Communication- Prepare quick/daily reports regarding production progress, bottlenecks, and any issues impacting output or delivery.- Facilitate daily shift handover meetings to ensure all technical and operational issues are communicated clearly to the next shift.* Training & Development- Conduct On- the- Job Training (OJT) for new workers regarding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).- Coach and mentor workers on technical skills related to Die Casting and CNC machining to improve overall team competence.

- Education: College or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field..- Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within Die Casting or CNC Machining environments.- Solid knowledge of die casting processes (Aluminum/Zinc) or CNC machining.- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings- Strong leadership and people management skills.- Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work under high pressure and handle shifts if required.- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/MES/U9 software.- Language: Good command of English
