• Control documents of the department.
• Ensure in- progress operations are in accordance with quality system procedures.
• Update and train workers on the safety regulations in workplace.
• Control Leader and operator working smoothly and safety.
• Implement actions necessary to achieve planned quality objectives.
• Contribute kaizen ideas for production process or production management.
• Assign tasks to subordinates.
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Check inventory end of each month.
• Report to superior on the status and issues regarding the lines.
• Ensure the production status meets the production plan.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Comply with labor safety process and company regulations.
• Calculate takt time, standard time for operator and make line balancing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Have knowledge of small motor/fan manufacturing and assembling process/equipment, inspection equipment and construction method.
• Live near VSIP- II A, Bac Tan Uyen District, Binh Duong Province.
• Superb analytical, problem- solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Education: University/ College/ Vocational School
• Be proficient in SAP & Microsoft Officer – Excel & Power point etc.
• Communication skill, organizational skill, analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Language: English communication and writing.
• Educational background: Electricity- Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management.
