***Vị trí tại các dây chuyền sản xuất Tủ Lạnh, Máy Giặt, Thiết bị nghe nhìn giải trí trong ô tô (IVI)
Production line Management
- Manage quality of line production;
- Quality trouble shooting
- New line setup follow up
- Self- Sequence activities control
- 4M event follow up
- CTP, CTQ, time check management
- SSI map build up and control
- Issue analysis and make action plan
- Line audit/quality KPI control/ Blind test/ Sampling test
- Quality standard control
Manufacturing Engineering (ME)
- Handle audit with CS team
- PLI ( process loss improvement) increase UPH, UPPH
- Training (New model/Product training...)
- Development F/up (Line setup, make and update PFD/PFMEA/CP/WI, Pre- MP...)
- Productivity improvement & F/up (MBOM, ECO, FA JIG, LB, H/C reduction, UPH/UPPH …)
- Head count reduction base on process loss analysis
- Improve line productivity (make LB file )
- Develop new line, product (arrange process suitable to minimize loss, build process with high fool proof rate).
- PV, P- gate, Pre- MP management

- Enthusiastic and willingness to work for long time
- Understand about the production/ manufacturing process
- Fluent in English skills is required
- A quick- learner and teamwork spirit
- Good at MS Office Power Point, Excel) and related technical
- University graduated, major in Electronics/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic or related
- Ability to work over- time, under pressure
- Making report skill and presentation skill is must
