Production Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate fibre production process and operations across shifts
Address production issues and challenges promptly to factory Manager
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine performance and downtime.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.
Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.
Facilitate training programs with the support of Factory Manager to enhance skills and knowledge.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high- quality natural fiber yarn.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to address machine issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality specifications.
Ensure production targets and efficiencies are achieved at acceptable quality.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with the factory manager to allocate resources effectively, including manpower and raw materials.
Identify training needs within the team. Implement best practices to reduce production cost.

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast- paced and dynamic production environment.
Leadership and team management skills.
Commitment to maintaining high- quality standards and safety protocols.
Detail- oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proven experience as a production supervisor in a yarn spinning or textile manufacturing environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of natural fiber spinning processes and machinery.
