Production Supervisor

Other duties may be assigned.
Review assembly orders, schedules and capacity to plan assembly line operations.
Manage production and resolve assembly line problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policy.
Provide daily updates to Operations Manager on the status of the proposed, planned, in progress, and completed jobs.
Analyze and resolve manufacturing problems or assist line leads and assemblers in solving operating problems
Prepare production schedules and coordinate assembly activities to ensure that production and quality of products meet specifications.
Develop standard operational and working practices. Monitor and ensure compliance with operating, safely and quality standards.
Coordinate manufacturing line operations and establish priorities and sequences for assembled products.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor&039;s degree in Electric- Electronic Engineering or Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering;
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment with specific experience supervising the production.
Nice to have:

Aware and take responsibility for complying requirements of ISO 9001, 13485 & 14001 system;
Industrial engineering/ Lean methods and applications;
Process analysis and improvement tools;
Production process control and improvement;

Can communicate in English.
Highly motivated, organized, reliable and responsible;
OTHERS INFORMATION:

Probation time: 2 months with 100% salary
Yearly Bonus: 2- 2.5 months

Working time: Monday- Friday (8:00- 16:45)
Rotating Saturday 09 days/ year for 1st year. 08:00- 16:00 on Sat . From 2nd year it would be 06 days/ year.
