Production Supervisor (English Required)

· Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
· Submit reports on performance and progress
· Oversee and coach employees
· Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
· Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
· Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
· Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
· Check production output according to specifications

· Proficient in office computer skills
· Knowledge and experience in GHP, ISO 22000, FFSC 22000
· Experience in manufacturing refrigerated/frozen product lines
· Have analytical and problem- solving skills
· Graduated from university majoring in food technology, food science
· Female priority
