Production Supervisor For Qc-Packing-Shipping Department

Write standard operating procedures and work instructions for your department.
Job Objective: Manage and oversee the activities of the QC (Quality Control), Packing, and Shipping department to ensure product quality before it reaches customers, as well as to guarantee accurate and timely packaging and shipment of products.
Define quality standards for incoming goods and finished products.
Schedule product shipments and monitor delivery processes to ensure safe and timely transport.
Manage product packaging, ensuring it meets standard specifications and customer requirements.
Control the department&039;s budget and propose improvements to optimize costs.
Prepare periodic and on- demand reports on departmental performance and propose improvement solutions.
Plan and organize the implementation of activities in the QC, Packing, and Shipping department.
Main Responsibilities:​
Engage and work with logistics service providers to ensure efficient transportation activities.
Coordinate with production and technical departments to address quality issues.
Establish and monitor KPIs related to quality, packaging, and shipping.
Train, guide, and manage departmental staff to adhere to established procedures and regulations.
Supervise the quality inspection of incoming goods, during production processes, and of final products.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Extensive knowledge of quality control principles, packaging processes, and transportation.
Leadership, team management, and problem- solving skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of international shipping standards and regulations (if the company operates in an import/export environment).
Proficiency in office tools and relevant industry- specific software.
At least 2- 3 years of experience in a comparable managerial position within the QC, Packing, and/or Shipping fields.
Ability to work under high pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
