Production Supervisor - Giám sát sản xuất (có xe đưa đón trong TP HCM)

- Other tasks as assigned by manager
- Coordinate production activities. Work with maintenance and QC departments to analyze and find the cause to fix defective product specifications and production operation problems.
- Monitor all production data to minimize defective products on the line.
- Implement and monitor the implementation of safety regulations, maintain 5S hygiene standards in production
- Make production plans to ensure production progress, use the right labor and materials as well as the right equipment for each order.
- Train the line leader and improve the production process

- High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, strong ability to deal with emergencies
- At least 3 years experience work in equivalent position.
- Speaking English or Chinese basic
- Good communication skills, affinity, hard work, quick response, and quick processing; Strong in analysis and solving skill.
- Have experience in multiple nation company.; Acknowledge in electronic Industry is advantage.
- College or above preferred in Industry management, Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e- mail skills required.
