Production Supervisor

Manage assigned production lines, distribute human resources, overtime reasonably to ensure that the production process takes place smoothly, products meet quality standards, lines achieve optimal efficiency, meet delivery deadlines.
Ensure that data of consumption sheet/cutting size match with original sample.
Maintain optimal absenteeism rates by building and maintaining fair, and sustainable labor relationships with the support of the HR department, promptly and satisfactorily handling issues arising related to employees.
Reporting nonconformities, production progress to production manager.
Training, developing skills, knowledge and improving skills of workers to meet the requirements of the company and customers.
Comply with all policies, regulations, and requirements of ISO 9001, employee handbook, work rules, etc.
Manage and update production records such as data on input materials, output, quality, order tracking, human resource tracking, tools.
Coordinate effectively with other relevant departments such as planning, R&D, quality, warehouse… to handle problems arising in the production process, ensuring optimal production efficiency.
Perform other related tasks at the request of the Production Manager.

Strong use of Microsoft Office, Especially Word, and Excel
Responsible and accurate
Knowledge of production processes and product.
Enthusiasm in working
Strong leadership skills. Ability to lead, contribute, and influence others in a team- based Organization.
Basic English
Eager to learn.
Experience in bags industry
College degree or higher from textile technology or related field.
Good data analysis skills, good human resource management, good monitoring skills, good problem solving.
Pro- active.
At least 05 years of experience in position of supervisor.
Strong organizational skills in strategy, communication at all levels, and execution.
