Plant operation:
Control the operation of filling hall to ensure reliable, efficient, timely, cost effective, trouble free operation:
- Be responsible to monitor LPG tank’s level gauge system, make production report. Keep tight controls of LPG loss as per normal. Analyse daily G/L production timely and propose the correct solutions/explanations.
- Control cylinders including retesting and repainting cylinders.
- SAP user for production domain.
- Ensure that truck loading / unloading are effective and timely.
- Ensure all machine, equipment are in good order and condition.
Marine operation:
- Be in charge of Loading Master upon receiving the vessel.
Safety:
- Supervise and follow the safety management system ONE MAESTRO.
- Ensure that staff, contractors, customers comply with safety regulations.
- Be a member of HSE board Implement.
- Ensure that all safety/ quality incidents are fully reported, registered
HR management:
- Cooperation with HR Dept to recruit new workers and all works related with HR management.
- Perform AIR for worker yearly
HSE Tasks
- Report and document any workplace hazards, near- misses, or incidents to the appropriate personnel or HSE coordinator.
- Safely store and use electrical equipment and promptly report any faulty or damaged devices.
- Ensure that all team members receive adequate HSE training and have access to necessary resources, such as safety equipment and information on emergency procedures.
- Attend basic first aid training if requested by the Company.
- Create an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting hazards, near- misses, and incidents without fear of reprisal. Act on these reports to improve workplace safety.
- Ensure proper housekeeping by keeping walkways and emergency exits clear of obstructions.
- Stay informed about emergency contacts and procedures for medical or safety incidents within the office.
- Managers should consistently demonstrate safe behaviors and practices, setting a positive example for their team members to follow. This includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Participate in fire drills and be familiar with evacuation routes and assembly points.
Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.
