Production Supervisor

Our company is a company specializing in producing dental restoration equipment such as implants, veneers, crowns, bridges, etc. We are looking for a production manager with experience and ability to manage and operate the entire production process of the company according to the quality management system Iso 13485:2016.
The main goal of this position is to ensure the production of high- quality products, meet the needs of customers and comply with safety and hygiene standards.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Plan, allocate and monitor human resources, materials, equipment and technology for production lines.
• Coordinate with other departments such as engineering, sales, logistics, quality, etc. to ensure product delivery on time and according to customer requirements.
• Handle problems, incidents, complaints related to production, propose and implement timely solutions.
• Train, guide, motivate and evaluate the performance of production staff, build a professional and high- spirited team.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements for production processes, aiming to improve efficiency, save costs and reduce waste.
• Supervise, inspect and evaluate production processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards according to Iso 13485:2016.

Requirements:
• Have deep knowledge of processes, equipment, technology and quality standards in dental restoration equipment production.
• Have Iso 13485:2016 certificate or have the ability to apply this quality management system in production.
• Have good management, leadership, communication, problem- solving, teamwork and working under pressure skills.
• Have proficient computer skills and production management software.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the field of dental restoration equipment production, of which at least 3 years are in management positions.
• Graduated from university in engineering, production management, or related fields.
• Have a sense of responsibility, carefulness, accuracy and professionalism in work.
