Production Supervisor (Printing)

Our client is a foreign- invested company, now looking for a Production Supervisor (Printing, $1500, ID15351)

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements, promote continuous improvement of production and reduce product scrap rate (CIP)
Control, supervise and manage all production activities.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
Control materials and costs, ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources is not wasted.
Training/coaching and qualify staff to ensure enough capability.
Be responsibility for make a report of all problems related in technical functions impacting to production and solve problems in production and ensure smooth production.
Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing production tasks to meet production goals.
Check production output according to specifications.

Bachelor’s degree or above
More than 5 years of working experience in production supervising in silk screen printing, spray painting and printing fields.
Male, 30- 45 years old
Good English communication and basic Chinese.
Understanding of painting and screen printing technicals
