Job Purpose:
To assign machine, resource for production workers to make production batches according to production scheduling.
Prepare daily SBT meeting forms for team. Coach team leader to run daily SBT meeting efficiency.
To report monthly production key performance: Productivity; Waste; PPE consumption; Attendant.
To do problem solving related to machinery, people, cross functions like QC, Warehouse, Color studio ... impact to daily production activities.
Key BBS record from production workers to Rincon system. 2BBS / worker / month.
Co- ordinate maintenance department follow up progress of repairing machine.
To coach, supervise production workers follow strictly standard operation procedures for ALPS; ISO 9001; ISO14001; ISO18001; PSM.
Conduct physical count monthly for WIP; RMs; Loose products at production floor. To report monthly SCL for raw material, packaging material at Production.
To coach, supervise production workers follow strictly safety requirements for : LSR; BBS; waste management.
Coordinator between Production workers and HR/Adm dept for HR/Adm matters.
Co- ordinate maintenance department, develop plan for preventive maintenance tasks happen at production / Prepare spare part for critical equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the whole production process to ensure product quality, ensure product is produce safely & timely.
Manage production worker to make sure they follow strictly Company Code of Conduct; LSR; Company labor rule and regulation.
Manage & control PPE for worker to ensure worker has proper & enough PPE for work & monthly PPE expenses is reasonable, within approved budget
Lead Production team to get involve to Company project like ALPS, PSM, SAQ, BBS, ISO system....
Coordinate with warehouse and production planner to transfer finished good to warehouse right after packing and return batch ticket to production planner to complete production batch at SAP soonest.
Review & prepare sufficient resource to receive solvent at tank farm based on receiving schedule
Monitor daily SBT team meeting to make sure information at meeting board is updated daily as required, to make sure problems are solved properly, soonest.
Other tasks assigned from direct Manager.
Monitor packaging receiving process from warehouse to production to ensure enough packaging material for packing; right packaging for right product; receiving right quantity, quality packaging.
Coordinate with process engineer, technical to ensure product quality, optimize production batch size, processing time.
Setting annual objectives and conduct P&DD process for each production worker.
Preparing monthly production KPI report timely & accuracy.
Monitor material receiving process from warehouse to production to ensure production batch will not stop during process because of raw material shortage.
Provide on job training for production worker & lead production worker to run production efficiently.
Working at AkzoNobel Vietnam- Lot I4- 1 Que Vo 1 Industrial Park, Phuong Lieu, Que Vo, Bac Ninh
Coordinate with QC; Technical for testing semi product & release production batch in time
Monitor production tool & equipment to ensure people have right & enough tools for working. All issues related to machine, equipment must record at production KPI & report to maintenance to fix issue soonest.
Waste management for all waste from Production to waste warehouse daily.
Monitor solvent use for cleaning at production. Find way to reduce waste & using solvent for cleaning efficiency. Spill control & continuous improvement to minimize spill and solvent use for cleaning at production.
Coordinate with Production Planner for daily production schedule for batch ticket & label for packing product. Making sure right label for right product.
Coordinate with maintenance to reduce machine down time, optimum maintenance cost for tool, equipment & machine at production, tank farm.
