Production Supervisor - Silk Printing

Purpose of Position
- New projects and new processes are promoted to solve various technical problems in new projects and production.
- Production efficiency, OEE improvement.
- Analysis of customer complaints, formulation and implemention of preventive measures.
- To supervise and manage all operations related in technical functions of Production.
- Reasonably arrange technicians to on/off mold and work shifts.
- To be responsible for and reported to all problems related in technical functions that impact to Production.
- Promote continuous improvement of production and reduce product scrap rate (CIP).
- Control paint and Ink Material Cost.
- Production technical staff training and assessment.
- Solve technical problems in production and ensure smooth production.
Job Responsibilities
Focus on follow- up customer complaints and major quality issues, analyze and give reasonable solutions.
Analysis and solution of Painting and screen printing problems. Also assist in promoting 6S system and EHS system management.
New projects and new processes are promoted to solve various technical problems in new projects and production.
Arrange and implement the management affairs & production plans to complete the production tasks smoothly.
Completion of the matters confessed to the supervisor and timely reporting.
Responsible for the engineering optimization in the process of production, improve efficiency and quality, cost control, etc.
Responsible for recruiting,training,manage and assess employees according to the production rhythm.
Requirements
- Familiar with injection molding or forming technology, have a certain understanding of automation.
- Open- minded, good communicated and expressive ability; Strong organized and solve ability when meet an emergency, work with principle; Be able to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Familiar with the production staffing, production planning, training, assessment, etc.
- Fluently communicate in Chinese and English.
- More than 5 years professionaly technical experiencing in silk screen printing, spray painting, pad printing industry and more than three years of production supervisory work experience.
