Production Supervisor (Upholstery products)

Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
Coordinate with the Product Development team to understand design specifications and quality standards for new products.
Train and mentor production staff, group leaders, and team leaders to enhance their skills and productivity.
Monitor and control operating costs within managed departments.
Ensure that all machinery and department facilities are kept in excellent condition.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage and supervise the cutting, sewing, upholstery, packing, and cushion departments to ensure efficient and timely production, implementing any changes necessary to achieve the required standard.
Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the production process.
Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Strong knowledge of cutting, sewing, upholstery techniques, and production processes.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
3- 5 years&039; experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on upholstery
Effective problem- solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in English communication skills, both verbal and written
Solid understanding of quality control principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
