Production Supervisor

Direct Responsibilities

Maintaining of GMP in the factory
Setting labor standards & inventory planning
Preparing of daily, weekly & monthly production reports
Physical verification of plant inventories
Meet the Daily, Weekly & Monthly production targets
Regular evaluation of direct & indirect reports
Training of all direct & indirect reports
Maintaining Safety in the factory
Corrective measures to Market complaints
Working in a similar environment and role.
Experience TPM, 5S
Quality of all products produced
Co- ordinate with all supporting departments for smooth operation

Indirect responsibilities

Contribute to Productivity improvement programs
Contribute towards various certifications like ISO 22000, 9001, cGMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher etc
Achieve the plant KPI’s
Supplier/vendor development
Maintain the quality records
Assisting in preparation & implementation of the PM schedule
Assisting in preparation of production schedule
Creating an environment to motivate the direct & indirect reports

Able to motivate people
Communication skills in English with 03 skills: listen, speak, read or IELTS at least 4.5
A good team worker
At least 2 years same field and position
Fast learner
Ready to work in highly competitive environment- tight schedules & deliver stiff targets.
Accept work per shift, high pressure, Dynamic
Proficient in use of Microsoft office products – Excel, word etc
2- 3 years experience in a supervisory role at similar manufacturing setup
Engineering degree in Food Technology or Industrial Fields, Mechanical, Electrical
