Production Supervisor - Works At Cu Chi

Track and improve KPIs to achieve production department goals. Ensure the product standards given.
Collaborate, drive innovation together with related teams.
Working location: Tan Phu Trung IP, Cu Chi
Allocate the number of people according to the arranged plan to best meet the quality and performance during the production shift.
Responsible for people (line leader, workers): Recruitment, training and competency assessment
Ensure workers comply with company rules and regulations, maintain and develop quality and 5S in the working area.
Support and training for line leaders, ensuring workers are fully trained and skilled before putting them on the production line.

Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing company
Education:University degree or higher
Good level of English communication and reporting
Able to work follows productionshift
Ability to develop and motivate the team to achieve results.
Knowledge:Knowledge in the field of electricity, electronics or mechanics.
Other skills:Ability to lead and work independently.
Good sense of completing assigned tasks on time
