Prepare and present reports and findings to management.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation.
Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
Conduct research and market analysis to support decision- making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Conduct UAT and training.
Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Work with Vendors, Stakeholder to remediate complex issues as needed.
Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
Proven analytical, troubleshooting and problem- solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
At least 2+ years of experience.
Proven ability to multi- task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA’s.
Adaptable and flexible in a fast- changing industry and work environment.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Excellent communication relationship- building and internal customer service skills.
Detail- oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
