Production Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of technicians and studio operators, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain high standards of live production quality.
- Collaborating closely with producers, streamers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute livestream events, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
- Overseeing day- to- day studio operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and efficient resource management.
- Quickly identifying and resolving technical issues during livestream production to minimize any potential downtime.
- Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in live streaming and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the capabilities of the studio.

Requirements:
Education background requirements:
Bachelor at relevant experience
Experience/Industry requirements:
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of livestreaming technical skills, including advanced proficiency with livestream applications and equipment (e.g., cameras, switchers, encoders, streaming platforms).
Experience: Strong background in a Production House, Creative Agency, or Livestreaming Service,... with proven experience in producing professional livestream sessions or short videos.
Competency requirements:
- Communication: Actively manage communication channels from internal/external stakeholders, response on time and approach with clear answers
- Analysis & Problem Solving: Identify and analyze problems by isolating key issues, evaluate relevant data to find reasonable solutions
- Task Management: Prioritize tasks for internal and external cases to manage multiple deadlines
