PRODUCTION TECHNICIAL ENGINEER
QA ENGNIEER (8 Months contract)
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
...to join our team due to new business plan. As Engineer, you will have many opportunities to work and learn in a creative and professional environment and will be responsible for the below categories:
Key responsibilities for PRODUCTION TECHNICAL ENGINEER for Fiber optics components:
Quality Document Management: Prepare, revise, and control quality documents (QAD, QC, OP, WD, WI). Manage the approval process in compliance with JBS standards by analyzing customer requirements and applicable regulations.
New Product Transfer: Oversee the transfer of new products from overseas locations, ensuring seamless integration into production and full compliance with internal standards.
Production Stability Monitoring: Maintain stable production output through quality control tools and efficiency tracking of line balance.
Production Issue Resolution: Analyze production issues using FTA and 5 Whys methodologies, and apply effective corrective and preventive actions.
Special Projects: Carry out specific tasks or projects as assigned by the chief or manager.
Improvement Activities: Take care of GFPS activities by collaborating with team members through Kaizen and other continuous improvement initiatives consistent with lean manufacturing goals.
KPI monitoring: Actively implement and monitor improvement initiatives to meet KPI targets, including productivity up, defect reduction, and and FI- cost reduction.

Key responsibilities for QA ENGINEER (8 Months contract):
Collaborate with the Product Development and Product Engineering teams during the transfer of new projects to conduct risk assessments (FMEA) and establish the quality assurance concept.
Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy (IQA, OQA).
Design labels and packaging for new products; improve packing processes by standardizing materials and packing methods.
Monitor and improve quality performance using SPC tools, Gage R&R, and Quality Control Plans.
Investigate product quality to identify improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
Control and improve supplier performance through initial evaluations, re- evaluations, and on- site collaboration.
Key responsibilities for MECHANICAL ENGINEER:
Develop 2D/3D models and simulate concepts for tools, jigs, or simple automation mechanisms based on user requirements.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to collect requirements and improve tool/machine usability and efficiency.
Design and fabricate in- house tools, jigs, fixtures, and machines to support internal production and maintenance activities.
Support troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of existing tools, jigs, and machines used internally.
Maintain documentation and provide technical guidance for tool usage and improvement planning.
Evaluate, modify, and finalize internal- use tools and equipment before deployment.
