Production Technician I - Packaging (Da Nang Brewery)

Operating all machines/equipment of lines in packaging based on Work Instructions…and full fill record to ensure the operations are done properly.
Acting as a line trainer to provide training including theory and practice of operation principle of machine for operators to share and enhance knowledge
Implementing quality checks to ensure product quality and process conditions in aligned with quality standards, regulations, procedures and participating improvement actions & activities to prevent quality problems on the packaging
Executing and involving in activities & Improvement teams, 5S, Shop floor excellence…actively to ensure all machine/equipment and workplace compliance with standard requirements and optimize to improve machine and workplace performance.
Ensuring all activities in shift must be recorded and reported accurately and timely to supervisors and other operators of the next shift to follow.
Operating and performing tasks in compliance with company procedures, SHE regulations, contributing in activities to ensure a safe environment in the working areas and shop floor excellence.
Implementing basic maintenance tasks according to standards, procedures and actively participating in some TPM improvement activities to safeguard all machines/equipment. Participating in the overhaul activities to ensure the longevity for all machines/equipment.

Being able to speak and write the technical term of English.
PC literacy (Word, Excel, PP, PowerBI, PowerApp…)
At least 1 year of working experience in Operation/Maintenance for a Foreign Manufacturing Company.
University graduated in Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
Good analytical, problem-solving, team spirit, and be careful.
