Production Technician (Kỹ Thuật Viên Bảo Trì Sản Xuất)

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
Monitoring, Updating, & Maintenance of the Production tools, equipment and machines.
Perform pocket machine, punch station, & chillers preventative maintenance.
Checking all tools equipment and machines.at in- house production work area and confirm that conditions are in working order.
Perform tooling & machine setup for production runs.
Carried out tooling, machine maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
Support the tooling team to carry out tooling debugging and prepare process procedure for new part(s) when the need arises.
Maintain the entire tooling, equipment and machines history list for ISO reference.
Perform tooling troubleshooting during tooling breakdowns.
Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions.
Special projects when and where instructed.
Train new operators for knowledge of setting up / using / maintenance tool, equipment, machines in production area

Fair in English.
Can use Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Autocad (Solidwork), understand the technician drawing
Have knowledge and experiences in PLC/Automation, Mechanical troubleshooting
Detailed oriented and concerned with timely handling of requests.
Willing to work in 3 shifts from Mon- Sat, rotate every week
Having at least 1 year experience in MaintenanceTechnician role
Preferred Education:
Diploma from an accredited Technical University is preferred.
College/Bachelor Degree
Languages: English speaking/writing/understand
