Collaborate with other departments to improve and address issues related to quality and functionality.
Introduce new technologies, equipment, and improvements to enhance production efficiency.
Lead and manage subordinate staff to achieve departmental goals.
Act as the liaison with equipment suppliers.
Prepare production lines, equipment, install software, and design processes to support production.
Ensure that processes and equipment meet requirements and standards.
Train and develop the professional skills of subordinate staff.
Manage and control departmental costs.

Requirements:

Capability to develop both long- term and short- term plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Knowledge of ISO, QMS, and EMS standards.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills in presentation, report writing, and communication.
Good communication skills in a foreign language (English or Japanese N3).
