* Must to have:
• Practiced Leadership skills in 1- 3 years (Not necessarily as direct leader)
• Willing to travel
• Combined with experience with learning, development and training activities
• Approximately 4- 6 years of experience within a technical area or production.
• Used to work on different IT systems
• Bachelor in mechanical engineering, business management or similar, basic technical knowledge or experience from production related environment in plastic injection industry is preferred
* Nice to have:
• Communication and strong collaboration with training organizations from other plants and other departments
• Builds strong relationships with main stakeholders
• Support to shift- leaders and other leaders in training, standard work and process compliance
• LEAN courses including manufacturing
• Thrives in a team setting with many different tasks on all levels.
• Communication and strong collaboration with area leaders, Learning & Development (People Operation & Development) and LCI
• Global collaboration during hand over of global strategic initiatives
• Process understanding
• Support and take training ownership of strategic initiatives, Business Plan and Must Win Battles resulting in process changes in the area
• Leadership, motivation and development of the team
