Program Assistant For English Supplementary In-School Program

- Keep a good relationship with the school boards, English departments and homeroom teachers.
- Coordinate with the Academic team to manage program quality, provide timely updates on the status of teaching and find solutions when problems arise.
- Responsible for resolving all feedback/comments about the program at the schools in charge, report and promptly update information to schools about changes related to teachers, teaching plans, ...
- Act as a teaching assistant for native teachers when required.
- Assist in the conducting the market survey with the Director / Team Leader when needed.
- In charge of work papers, documentaries, official dispatches, payment request, revenue and expenditure related to the program.
- Responsible for operating and being in charge of implementing supplementary English program in public schools according to the assigned market.

- Fluent written and verbal English and Vietnamese is essential.
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and hard working.
• Passion to work in education field
• Have minimum 01 year experience in education field/programs/projects.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Highly motivated and enjoys working as part of a growing team.
• Acute attention to detail and highly organized.
