Program Consultant And Service Representative

Cooperate with the Customer Service Team to provide the best service to the customers as well as the students.
Deliver student final test result and push retention
Bring customers for Center facilities Tour.
Give counseling to customers (Walk- in, Phone, Referral, Chat online, Database Telesales, etc...)
Achieve monthly target for New- enroll.
Making invoices, collecting tuition fees, book fees, issuing the red invoices.
Identify gaps in student learning or confidence.
Handling customers’ complaints and requests within the authority.
Engage with students to foster a sense of community and trust.
Follow the KTDC process of inputting, saving, storing, and updating data responsibly.
Following up with all potential customers.
Support the customers before, during, and after the Placement Test. Deliver the Placement Testresults professionally and find the most suitable classes for the customers.
Following up with students that have identified study issues.
Learning about products or services and keeping up to date with changes.
Support local marketing activities on campus and outside.
Working closely with other departments to provide the best service for customers.
Other duties assigned from time to time by the Team Leader
Making a proactive business plan to achieve target.
Deliver student mid- term feedback
Monitor student progress.
Support students that have lost enthusiasm to study.
Deliver student welcome sessions before they begin studying.

Be responsible, dependable, honest, and mature.
Be friendly, patient, and sensitive to a diversity of students.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Be able to work in a team.
Result Oriented.
Be good at using computer, internet, Word, Excel.
Prefer candidates with work experience
Be able to work under pressure.
Good skill of communication and persuasion.
Graduate from a college or higher, major in sales is a priority.
