Responsibilities:

Main performance:

Minimum 30 physical meetings with prospect customers per month.
Minimum 200 cold calls monthly.
Minimum 800 direct messages with leads monthly.
Minimum 5 following up with current sales leads per day.

Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
Support and assist physical classes on weekends.
Coordinate in Sales events and activities.
Generate new leads through proactive outreach and networking to expand the client base.
Provide comprehensive information about our programs, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions tailored to clients&039; requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the organization.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow- ups using CRM software.
Collaborate with Partnership and Marketing in generating leads through events and enhancing brand awareness.
Report to Head of the market and Head of Sales & Marketing the in- charge market trends bi- weekly for suitable market development plans.
Actively engage and build relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our program offerings effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that effectively showcase our programs.

Requirements:

Self- motivated, target- driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English. Proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
Key Skills: Love the job, Passion for helping and assisting others, excellent talking and chatting and carrying on the conversational skills, strong and flexible consultation abilities, and an interactive, client- focused approach.
Location: This role is based in our Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) office, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model (both in- office and remote).
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.
Strong ability in online sales and consultation.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Commerce, Trade, Business, Education, or Law.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Shift Work: This role involves shift work, including night and weekend shifts.
Proven track record in student recruitment or sales roles, preferably in a consultative and educational environment.
