Mission: As a Program Management Specialist, you will report directly to the Program Director, collaborating closely to drive the successful execution of projects within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee the adherence to the defined project management framework by the Company Functional team. This includes overseeing internal audits, facilitating function and cross- functional PMP process & system improvement, and ensuring alignment with the Company Business Plan.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project status and milestones.
Data Management and Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques and apply the principles of Data Analysis for Insights within the project management context to explore improvement opportunities and business new agile delivery need
Key Program Execution: manage CEO office strategic program/project
Framework Adherence: Ensure the consistent application of the published management framework across all company functions.
Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with established project management processes and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Metrics and Objectives: Collaborate with PMC to define and implement Objectives & Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for effective project management delivery
Training and Development: Conduct induction and in- depth training sessions for PMC (Project Management Champion) and C- Level to ensure a comprehensive understanding and application of the Program Management Framework.
Cycle Plan Alignment: Work closely with PM Champion & Head of Functions teams to align projects with the Company Business Plan, ensuring strategic goals are met.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up- to- date program documentation templates, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management roles, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery, preferably in financial/e- commerce/MNC (digitalised); PMP certification is a plus
Skills: Proficiency in project management framework, methodologies and digital tools. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Strong understanding of data and digital solution technology. Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement, embed design thinking approach. Detail- oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
