PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Continuous Improvement: The EMS program manager must be committed to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and products. They must be able to stay up- to- date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement best practices wherever possible.
Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Project Management: The EMS program manager is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the execution of each project. Quality Control: The EMS program manager is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company&039;s quality standards. This involves working closely with the engineering team to identify and address any quality issues, as well as implementing quality control processes and procedures.
Leadership: The EMS program manager must be able to lead a team of engineers, technicians, and production workers. They must be able to motivate their team, set clear goals and expectations, and provide guidance and support when needed.
Customer Service: The EMS program manager is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers, address any concerns or issues, and ensure that all products are delivered on time and to the customer&039;s specifications.
Cost Control: The EMS program manager is responsible for managing the costs of production, including material costs, labor costs, and overhead costs. They must identify cost- saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses wherever possible.
Communication: The EMS program manager must be able to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. They must be able to provide clear and concise instructions, as well as coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the company&039;s standards.
