Be the positive brand ambassador, constantly striving to keep the organization top of mind for all customers and potential customers, so as to create more leads.
Understand unique value proposition in the market and uses that to build a strong sales funnel.
Constantly keep in touch with customers even when we have nothing to sell them.
Understand customers intimately.
Know the current pain points and hindrances that customers face.
Appreciate the jobs that the customers need to be done.
Create, or influence the creation of, products that serve customers and help them overcome their pain points.
Run appropriate marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, increase sign ups to our SCALA’s programme.

To manage the sales function, the Programme Manager will

Keep a sharp eye on the sales performance of the Academy and propose interventive measures long before the issue becomes a problem.
Ensure that KPIs are met.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective outreach.
Maintain Sales Register to ensure that there are enough leads.
Ensures that all reports are compiled and maintained up to date.

Have a matured, in- depth knowledge of the industry
Be confident enough to know that you can deliver on your tasks, yet humble enough to know that you don’t know everything.
Must be able to communicate professionally in English, both written and oral. English proficiently minimally IELT 6 or 7 equivalent.
Have a strong sense of responsibility to deliver the right outcomes to different work situations.
Be able to instill confidence in their interactions with stakeholders.
Have keen leadership capabilities to lead the team to success.
Have a never- say- die attitude.
At least 3 years of business development / sales experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
Be able to create a strong rapport with all levels of leadership in the industry.
