Programme Specialist - Overseas Study Centre

- Research potential opportunities, qualify prospective clients, and collaborate in programming needs
- Communicate with the parents about the students’ progress.
- Stay updated with current college admission changes
- Participate in the development & implementation of marketing plans
- Interact with students and provide guidance and direction regarding educational options.
- Monthly meet- up with The Princeton Review to update about the program
- Research extra- curricular opportunities for students.
- Help students identify meaningful summer plans, such as internships, competitions, research opportunities, and community service options
- Assist College Counselor from The Princeton Review with scheduling meetings with students
- Customize plans and proposal for individual prospect
- Advise students about extracurricular activities that match their interests and provide leadership opportunities

- Detail- oriented and patient, with a customer- focused mindset
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities; additional experience in project management, event coordination, and product management is advantageous
- Graduated from top 100 US universities ( National University Rankings) is a plus
- Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
- Proven track record in similar roles within the Education field
- In- depth understanding of the US college system and its culture
- 1- 2 years of experience in Customer Services, Student Services/Counselling, or Business Development
- Proactive, self- starting, curious, and positive attitude
- Intermediate computer skills; eager to learn new platforms
- Strong problem- solving and organizational abilities
